Bio-residue conversion

Converting great harm into an exciting opportunity

The quantities of bio-residues are enormous. Much of it is either burned or left to decompose in the fields, causing large scale methane and CO2 emissions and extensive air pollution.

Replacement by substitution

Crop-residues total about 5.000 million tons/year.  Adding forestry residues and invasive bushes, our planet produces 15.000 million tons of “green hydrocarbons” annually.

Converted into multi-purpose bio-methanol these huge quantities of bio-residues can substitute millions of tons of fossil fuels.

Carbon negative

Other products resulting from the unique gasification process include premium biochar, bio-CO2, and CO2-credits, rendering the process carbon-negative and profitable.

A striking example

Corn residues alone (1.000 million tons/year) contain enough energy to fuel global aviation.
